The introduction
The automotive industry gets composed of different operations ranging from the fleet control, the public transportation of people and goods as well as the manufacturing of vehicles and vehicle parts. The modern automotive industry requires taking applying the current criteria in the improving the operations within the industry. The main attributes of the system required to solve the vehicle monitoring issues involve the integration of the RFID technology with the Global Positioning system (GPS) technology. The RFID technology shall have the interface that facilitates the implementation locating the actual position of the vehicles depending on the actual position. The RFID system shall get incorporation of the LANDMARK technology that facilitates the accurate identification of the vehicle position. The LNDMARC technology shall solve the problem associated with the allocation of the actual position of the vehicle. The LANDMARK technology provides the exact location of the vehicle despite the fact that the vehicle may travel in a tunnel or on the streets surrounded by tall structures (Fescioglu-Unver, et al… 2015). The LANDMARK provides the effective and efficient determination of the location of the vehicle as well as providing the real-time monitoring of the high speeding vehicle. The system analyzes the software and the hardware components of the vehicles and provides the status of the vehicle without having geographical constraints.

The RFID technology has a simple architectural design that implements the basic RFID devices like the transponders or the tags and the Readers. The transponders or the RFID tags get embedded in the materials or the equipment requiring monitoring or tracking. The RFID reader recognizes the information from the transponders and decodes the information for transmission to the storage devices. The process of the transmissions involves the initial steps of exchanging data and information to facilitate communication between the devices. The RFID tags send signals to the nearby readers. The RFID readers respond via sending the feedback signals back to the RFID tag. The information exchanged includes the data and information for the identification. Through the exchange of identification data and information, the communication session gets established, and the signals get transmitted to and from the RFID devices.

The training should focus at creating awareness to the employees on the importance of applying best practices when monitoring and tracking vehicles (Cao, et al… 2009). Similarly the employees should get equipped with the knowledge about the rights and freedom to the personal data and information. The privacy and the confidentiality policies must be taught to the employees to avoid bleaching of the individual rights.
The process of the identification and implementation of the RFID technology provide solution to the issues concerning the tracking and monitoring of the vehicles in the automotive industry. The implementation of the strategies like the LANDMARC provides the precise and effective way of locating and monitoring the vehicles at real time. The RFID and the integration of the LANDMARC technology provide the reliable and highly flexible system in the provision of the security to the fleet management and the public transportation of goods and people. The RFID technology supports the World Wide Web applications that enable the individuals to search and track their vehicles through the application of the World Wide Web. The RFID technology provides high level of scalability and modularity thus making the automobile industry easy adapt to the new advancements in the technology. The RFID system guarantees compatibility of the systems with the future technologies thus providing the automotive industry with the ability to expand and apply the new technology with ease.
