Women Should Take This Seriously Or Not?
It is researched, learnt, understood, accepted that women face many complications in their health in general. Irregular periods, unwanted hair growth at unusual places, acne, cramps, weight gain, etc. are some of the most common among women today. However, they are unaware of the cause of this and often end up ignoring these symptoms since they feel that it is normal. Somewhere or the other they are right, that this is normal, but knowing the right cause of this may be jaw-dropping for them.
It is believed that 1 out of 10 women face PCOS.
That means that the symptoms that are mentioned above are surely experienced by at least 1 woman out of 10 women. We should also understand that this ratio is rising too and women should be educated properly so that they can find the cure for it or at least stay away from the cause of it. These are polycystic ovarian syndrome complications and they need your strong attention.
So, what is PCOS? Polycystic ovary syndrome is a condition wherein a woman develops cysts in their ovaries. Due to this, the body faces hormonal imbalances and due to which they don’t get regular periods, develop facial hair, and more. Moreover, this becomes really depressing for the woman. Sometimes, women face a lot of embarrassment since these symptoms are not much women-like.
Even weight gain is a problem with PCOS women. Often it has been understood that obese women face PCOS. But the reality is PCOS itself causes obesity or vice versa. To this, doctors have been suggesting every woman to follow a very healthy lifestyle. Avoid junk food, fried foods, high carb foods, etc. It is advised that women should in general too should make sure that they are involved in some sort of physical activity which helps them keep fit. Apart from this, it is healthy for PCOS women to follow such lifestyle. The hormonal imbalance faced by women is cured only by exercises. Doctors also suggest women to take a PCOS diet plan to lose weight. Have you heard of keto diet by any chance? Keto Diet shows tremendous results for PCOS women. The diet includes less of carb consumption and more of proteins and fats. So, the misconception in our mind that fats are responsible to make us obese is wrong. It is the carbs that make us fat.
Also, the infertility rate with polycystic ovaries is very high. these women usually will have difficulty getting pregnant - and usually require treatment to improve chances for pregnancy. Polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility rate is high and it should be fought with confidence. Some women with polycystic ovary syndrome will ovulate (release a mature egg) occasionally - others do not ever ovulate. Since the eggs don’t ovulate, the eggs don’t develop and hence women face problems in conceiving. Moreover, the only solution to this is to eat well, exercise, and take care of following the medications provided by the doctors. Polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility rate is high and it should be fought with confidence.
