If you're willing to travel about 97 kilometres to the south from the city, you can get to Tiznit. It houses the old town, where you can find plenty of souks that sell traditional Berber jewellery.

Food in this part of the world is a delicious combination of the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. You'll definitely enjoy Chraime, which is made using a white fish along with a hot tomato sauce and a few spices. A glass of mint tea flavoured with honey would make your day refreshing. For your breakfast, you can order Shakshuka in some of the local restaurants. It comprises of poached eggs cooked along with a mouth-watering combination of tomato and capsicum. Another dish you just can't miss while in Agadir is the falafel or the Moroccan meatballs.
