The provision of the organizational structure and rules offered the manager an opportunity to enforce the different forms of leadership styles. The focus on the systems was eliminated with the focus on people. The manager focused on the assessment of the progress of the employees and the customer’s satisfaction. The manager offered numerous inventions on managing the operations for the organization. The manager presented the need to perform the right thing. This increased the level of trusts and decision making among the employees.
The reliance of the mangers trust expected the spearheading of the operations. This increased the profit for the organization. The manager expressed the need to retain the customers for the future success. The use authority helped the instituting of trust from the management.
Learning activity two
The concept of followers makes leadership to stand out from the management. The mangers are provided with subordinates who work to effect the provision of the quality services. The managers depend on the authority offered from their title to assess the work focus. The tight constraints force the managers to assess the probable ways of managing the resources. The follower’s concept allows the leaders to be charismatic and transformational. The leaders seek the providence of the formal authoritarian control through voluntary performance of activities. The leadership seeks to change the organizational culture, while mangers seek the provision of stability. The provision of the followers allows the manager to exploit his passion and transfer it to the other employees. The excessive control measures increases turmoil and frustrations among the employees. The concept of followers offers the achievement from taking risks and minimizes the total risk for the firm.
