Choose A Pipes In Pexgol Pipes    Submitted as: Chris Ammussen
Pexgol pipes are produced from a special type of polyethylene. KETO Pumps is the Australian distributor for Golan Plastics PexGol™ pipe, the world's only manufacturer of large diameter PEX-A pipes ranging from 160mm to 630mm in diameter. PexGol is an extruded cross linked high molecular weight PE pipe. This process provides significant performance • resistance to high temperatures (110°C) • high abrasion resistance & Chemical resistance. • resistance to stress cracking and mechanical damage from point loads.High working pressures to 24 bar • High working temperature - up to 110°C • Cross linking reduces creep • Increased abrasion resistance • Design life in excess of 50 years • High flexibility able to create natural bends in difficult installation applications • High impact strength, can withstand up to 20% surface damage • No damage from load points - does not require bedding, can be deployed and covered in situ fill • Reduced rapid crack propagation even at low temperatures (up tp -50°C and 20 Bar pressure) • Resistance to slow-crack growth • Does not have a memory and can be stroed, then rolled out • Supplied in long lengths, either as coils or drums (e.g. 250mm, SDR6, 385mm) • Small diameter PEX plastic pipes for buildings, underfloor heating, radiators and sanitary installations • Medium diameter PEX plastic pipes for regional heating and water systems, gas transportation, sewage, infrastructure and industry • Large diameter PEX plastic pipes for sewage, slurries, infrastructure, transportation of solids and liquids in heavy industry and in the chemical industry.(read entire article)

Pex Tubing: PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) tubing is an alternative to traditional copper pipe in plumbing applications. PEX tubing is available in three standard colors: red, blue, and white. PEX is color coded to distinguish hot and cold lines from a supply line when looking at a manifold. Red PEX tubing identifies the hot water line, while blue PEX tubing is used for cold water. Red and blue PEX have identical physical properties except the color that differentiates them. The most common size used in PEX plumbing applications is 1/2", however sizes are available from 1/4" to 3".(read entire article)
