Everyone has got their own fears and anxieties in life. Some of these fears would be really deep or some are just as common as spiders or snakes. However if there's a big similarity to everyone, many people would agree going to the dentist gives them the jitters. Just by seeing the needles and those dental tools ready for them is simply not appealing to many people especially kids. Of course some depictions of dentists on kid shows don't help as well. Some older people had bad experiences with going to dentists when they were kids that even when they grew, the anxiety never left.
