How to be ultra accountable in a busy world
The first thing I tell a new manager in our company is: “Do what you say you're going to do, respond to feedback we provide, and you'll go far in this company, guaranteed.” And I mean it with all my heart. It is a disappointing day for me when I find out someone did not succeed because they weren't accountable and didn't follow through with commitments they made.
