Cow milk is an essential part of the staple diet of people in every continent on earth. Millions of people all over the world consume milk it is a rich source of nutrients which are essential for the healthy growth of the body, normal development of the mind and for maintaining an overall healthy lifecycle.

Cows are classified into two categories depending on their genetic factors. They are classified as:
A 1 milk cow – They yield a higher amount of milk with A 1 protein.
A 2 milk cow – They yield a comparatively less amount of milk that is abundant with A 2 milk protein.

Various studies have been conducted, worldwide and especially in India, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of both types of milk. The majority of researchers agree that the A 1 milk is linked to the development of numerous disorders, while the A 2 milk is connected with an improved overall health and longevity.

The evidence against A 1 milk, for being the cause of various diseases, is on the rise. A 1milk has been linked with several conditions, such as heart diseases, Type 1 diabetes, delayed psychomotor development, autism, schizophrenia, etc. It also affects the normal development of the immune system that in turn results in allergies towards various things. People with digestive problems, such as Crohn’s disease, stomach ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Celiac disease, etc. and also those on regular medications and antibiotic treatments are more vulnerable in worsening their disorders with the intake of A 1 milk.

About A 2 milk
Milk with A 2 protein is known for its numerous health benefits. The A 2 milk is known to prevent obesity in children and adults, improve their brain functions and promote better digestion.

The A 2 milk contains 16 most essential nutrients that are required for the normal overall development of the body and mind. It (A 2), is rich in protein, Vitamins – A, B 6, B 12 and D, along with numerous minerals and other compounds that are necessary for a strong development and maintenance of the bones and teeth. The minerals and vitamins are also necessary to ensure a healthy bone and tissue development which help to build a strong musculoskeletal system in the body. Apart from the above advantages, the A 2 milk is known to prevent numerous small and large diseases by strengthening the immune system significantly.
