Diploma in Engineering

The Diploma program at Roorkee Institute of Technology is a three-year course. The diploma course in the college is approved by AICTE & Affiliated to Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee.The course is catered for those who are interested in learning practical skills that are coveted in the industry and other specialized labs. Students joining after 10th standard will undergo training for 6 semesters. During each semester, two internal exams is held and one external exam is conducted at the end of the semester by the Board of Technical Education.
Diploma (LE) students can opt for admission in first year or second year of the diploma course. For Direct entry into second year, qualifying exams need to be cleared of the first and second semesters.
We currently offer Diploma in three branches; Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
