While buying a new car most people deal with a confusion, whether to invest in a warranty. Few people think it is a waste of money and some feel like that they can save a lot of money having a vehicle warranty beforehand. It is basically an insurance policy which is designed to protect a vehicle owner from the cost of repairing of their vehicles. If you are interested to find out more, you can contact the agencies offering cars with warranty in Surrey. When a car is sold it goes through multiple tests in detail. But, that does not necessarily mean that your car wold not face any damage afterwards.

There are mainly four types of vehicle warranties available in the market at present.

New car warranty:

You will get this warranty after you buy a new car. This warranty is provided by manufacturers of the vehicle. This warranty can be extended by 1 to 5 years. Every manufacturer offer different cover in their warranty. Therefore, make sure how much cover your manufacturer is offering.

Independent ...
... dealer’s or used car’s warranty:

If you buy a used car, you can get a warranty from the individual dealer or the companies who offer cars with warranty in Surrey. The warranty price can be included within the vehicle’s price or you might have to pay some extra money. Dealers can also offer you to extend the warranty or upgrade it for better coverage.

After market warranty:

This warranty helps you to tailor your level of the cover for your car that meets your personal requirements. Though, the options will solely depend on the age, model of the vehicle and your estimated annual mileage. If your vehicle is aged more than three years, you will have to show them proof that you have a valid MOT certificate and you have done servicing through a VAT-registered garage within a year.

Breakdown repair cover:

There are many companies who offer parts and labour cover or breakdown repair cover. This warranty is available for both new and used vehicles. This policy does not include home assistance. You will not be able to claim if you break down within your property.
