The extra large bean bags are not meant to be used by one person. They are so designed to be used by multiple individuals and hence are accordingly designed. Let us look into the structural details of these bags.

Like any other bean bags, even these oversized varieties are filled up with tiny chunks of dried beans and are made up of PVC pallets. It is actually a cushioned layer, which provides extra comfort. The dried beans that fill up the bag get compressed due to constant use and hence the comfort gets somewhat reduced after prolonged use. Hence, they need to be refilled after a certain period of time. All said and done, these oversized bean bag cushions are perfect to be used for juggling, and other relaxing activities and are also known as physical bag, oversized sacs and the likes.

Frankly speaking, these bean bags are indeed designed to provide ultimate comfort and relaxation to the users. Most of these bags are made up of genuine leather. They are also called sac chairs. Leather covers provides extra comfort and relaxation to the users, besides extending the longevity of the bags. They cover minimal space and can be setup at any corner of the rooms, without much of a hiccup. Irrespective of their size they can be shifted from one place to another with hardly any effort.

Some of these bags consist of plastic beads, which roll over and get shifted around as the users move over and relax. It is this movement of the beads that gives that added comfort. However, one disadvantage of these plastic fillings is that they quite easily get flattened and the bags have to be refilled at regular intervals.

There is another variety of foam, called memory foam and bits foam, which make the bags cozier, softer, denser and bouncier. These bags last longer than those with plastic beads. However, there are some inferior quality bags that are filled up with peanuts and thus, makes awful sound when they are used.

The outer layer of the superior bean bags is made up with velvety texture. This gives the soft and the elegant look to the bags. However, this velvety texture attracts dust, hairs of pets and makes cleaning extremely difficult. Besides, it is pretty heavy and gets heavier when wet and t takes a lot of time drying.

Hence, it is better to use the ones with leather or vinyl coverings. Cotton is another variety that is much lighter and it is easier to dry. The bottomline is that the extra large bean bags that are to be used, should be comfortable and at the same time, easier to handle.
