Diabetes is the common health issue in the present days. Diabetes is a condition in which blood glucose levels are very high. Glucose

is generated from the food we consume. Insulin is a hormone in the human body that helps the glucose to get into your cells to give

them energy. In diabetics insulin is not made or not used by the body so it will not send glucose to the cells. So the cell becomes

weak lead to other heath issues. Diabetes mellitus is of two types they are type 1 diabetes and other is type 2 diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes happens when the immune system destroys cells in pancreas which are called beta cells. The beta cells are responsible

for making insulin. As they are absent in the pancreas there will be no production of insulin and no fuel for cells in the body. The

glucose in the blood increases and cell starve with out food. One more diabetes called secondary diabetes where immune system does not

destroy them. They are erased by some injury or disease. All this condition leads to dehydration, weight loss etc. It affects only 5%

of people with diabetes, and it is seen very rarely.

People with type-2 diabetes produce insulin in the pancreas

but they are not used by the body. The pancreas generates more and more insulin and forces the glucose in to the cells but cells will

accept the insulin. It also occur liver send glucose to the body when blood sugar levels are low one food is consumed the levels of

glucose raises then liver comes down normally but in some cases it continuously produces this is also leads to that disease. Type 2

diabetes affects children, adults, old. This causes mainly due to childhood obesity. People with type of diabetes feel very thirsty,

they have blur vision, and it takes time to heal the wound, numbness in feet or hand, easily irritable.

Prediabetes is a condition that your blood sugar is higher than normal levels but not high enough to get type 2 diabetes. If there is

no change in life style, people with prediabetes has more chances to get type 2 diabetes. If is the long-term damage of diabetes

especially to your heart, blood vessels and kidneys may already be starting spoiling. In process between prediabetes to type 2 if they

can concentrate on diet and physical activity the blood glucose level comes back. It affects mostly adults and children.

Finally, diabetes is life long disease once it occurred it cannot be cured it may be maintained or suppressed. In order to avoid that

be conscious in diet and spare time for physical activity. This two activities will keeps people away from this disease.
