Biomedical sciences have gained prominence in the recent years as a study of the human body, its function, and structure in health and disease. Students of SSBS are exposed to emerging trends and career opportunities that are available in biotechnology and in nutrition and dietetics through various informative lectures that are organised by both the students and in-house faculty members.
