Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN)-
Blood Urea Nitrogen test checks the presence of waste materials in your blood. It also calculates the amount of nitrogen in your blood. The proteins in your blood breaks down to form urea nitrogen which is a toxin waste material. Your kidneys should discard such waste products formed in your blood. Heavy build up of these waste products could damage your kidney.
