Whether your block is narrow, sloping or a unique shape, our In-house Architect can work with you to design a stylish new home that will complement your land and be the envy of your neighbours.

Brilliant's Own Custom Designs
We understand the tiresome process our clients go through to not only find a builder to build their dream home, but also the confusion involved in choosing an appropriate home design. To make things easier for you, Brilliant Homes has over twenty of our own luxury home designs for you to choose from. These homes range from 20 squares to 60 squares and can be adapted in any way to suit your personal requirements or site contours.
Any of our designs, or even your own custom home plans, can be incorporated into one of our current house and land packages in Sydney and surrounding areas. And if you meet the government’s criteria for a first home builder, don’t forget you may be eligible for the first new home buyer’s grant.
