• Culture and language- Not all the countries have the same work culture and language. Don’t let the culture and language be the hurdle while outsourcing as it is important to have a cultural compatibility to get the maximum output.
• Technology infrastructure- It is not about how good your telecommunication and data networks are, but how the outsourced employee will be able to adjust himself in your technology infrastructure. Not all the organizations have the same technological infrastructure even in the same country. So, letting know and understanding the technology infrastructure of an organization before outsourcing is very important.
• Geopolitical Risks- Some of the integral risks while taking outsourcing decision is that the consequences of change in the Government will affect the business. Furthermore, there is no easy way out for predicting the stability of the government. The only way out from such unpredicted situation is to keep a full track of the current government and their working.
