Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) –Knowledge Process Outsourcing requires much higher and deeper involvement of the outsourced employees which means that the employees should be talented enough to take in-depth participation and understanding of the task they are assigned with. Most the times, for KPO, experienced and talented employees are preferred to assign a job as they are liable and capable of meeting the demands of the job. Work for KPO includes data research and analysis, database development services, intellectual property research, content writing and legal services. Thus, the KPO has great and improved opportunities for the organizations looking for outsourcing in India.
