3. Home Improvements – If you have made any home improvements in the past, it is a good idea to list them down showing what you took out and the additions or improvements made. 5. Clean – A clean home definitely looks a lot more attractive to buyers and appraisers. Go all out and shampoo your carpet, clean the walls, de-clutter, power wash your driveway, decks and even the siding of your home.
6. Do some yard work – It is a good idea to ensure that your yard does not look unkempt. Trim the shrubbery and trees and be sure to more your lawn. De-clutter your yard and plant some flowers to add a splash of colour.
