What Should Be My Daily Skin Care Routine?

Founding a skin care routine is a must for naturally healthy skin devoid of skin debris and irritation. Be it during the day or the night, a good skincare routine rejuvenates your skin, and keeps it radiant and moisturized. Most of you have a defined healthcare routine for the night, but what about the mornings? Have you defined your skincare routine for the same?
Removing your makeup each night is not sufficient enough as a healthcare routine and you need to make sure your morning routine matches your needs as well. If you are looking for ways to start your day with healthy skin, here's a routine that you might want to follow.
Start your Day with Exercise
As much as you hate it, morning exercise is a must if you want gorgeous and highly radiant skin. Exercise helps improve blood circulation, while reducing stress, which in turn brings a natural glow to your skin. Short, intense workouts can enhance skin care. Instead of snoozing your alarm, get started with an exercise routine.
Keep Body Hydrated
While your mornings scream coffee, it is a good idea to start your day with two glasses of water. Don't kickstart your day with coffee, instead workout and follow it up with a glass of water. Make sure your day is made up of at least 8-10 glasses of water, as it helps keep your body hydrated. The water in the body reduces dryness and dullness.
Cleanse your Skin
Washing your face is an essential. Make sure you wash your face with natural skin cleansers at least twice a day. Don't use warm water to cleanse the skin, as that can further the dryness. Instead splash cold water in the morning, to remove debris from clogged pores, and reduce acne breakouts. There are many natural ingredients that can be used to cleanse the skin.
Exfoliate Regularly
Exfoliation removes dirt from clogged pores, reduces skin irritation and makes it gentle and soft. It is good if you can include it in your skin care routine for moist skin. Use natural exfoliation products in your daily regime. Instead of rubbing motions, instead use circular movements for better exfoliation, thus replenishing your skin and removing the dead skin cells. Don't splash water; instead use a soft cloth to massage and remove the exfoliating cleanser from the skin.
Remove Makeup
It is a good habit to remove makeup from your face at night before you go to sleep. This will help rehydrate and rejuvenate the skin, and gives your skin a natural good night's sleep. Use a proper toner and cleanser made of natural ingredients to remove the makeup every night. It might sound pretty boring, but make sure you don't go to bed before removing makeup.
Toning & Moisturizing
Use natural toners and moisturizers, and ensure you tone and moisturize the skin especially after you have cleansed it thoroughly. This process helps remove dryness. Soak a cotton ball with the perfect toner and sweep over cleansed skin, and then finish with a natural moisturiser that contains Vitamin E.
With these few things added to your daily skincare regime, you are ready for healthy and radiant skin.
