Caring your body doesn't mean using some face pack and beauty cream. It requires a complete care from both inside and outside that improves the overall health. It is a general misconception that such caring are too time consuming and one needs to follow strict diet, go to gym, do exercise at home and so on. But, actually caring starts with a discipline and awareness about what is good and what is bad for your body; how much you should go out of the boundary and how often. Once you understand yourself that natural body care products are not enough to maintain a good health and you should take more steps, you would won half the battle. Here are some tips for the rest.
Take Sufficient Rest
There is nothing better than the body's natural healing system. To keep it up you need to give it proper rest. One should sleep at least 7-8hrs in night. Day naps are okay; but it should not be more than 1hr after lunch. Another point here to keep in mind that you should go to bed maximum at 10pm and leave bed within 6am, if not even earlier.
While purists would say you to join gym or a swimming club, I recommend working people to do freehand exercise at home. Better if you have a garden or have access to your roof top at least. Otherwise, you can go to the nearest park. Closed room isn't actually a perfect place for such physical activity. Also you may get injured by surroundings. If you don't go outside, better you stick to normal exercise along with yoga and pranayama. But, before you start, contact any professional instructor for a short training. Good doesn't necessarily mean salad, vegies and fruits. You can take mutton, mushroom and a few drinks as well. But, in a limit. And of course avoid spicy and fatty food as much as you can. Our stomach isn't designed to digest these. It just anyhow handle these spices and try to pass it through the intestine and send it outside the body as soon as possible. The moment it fails, you start suffering from gastric issue, digestive disorders, ulcer (in extreme cases) and so on. So, eat healthy food, if not a strict diet.
Use Quality Herbal Products
While we all get hypnotized by the repetitive commercials about beauty and healthcare products, it is always good to use herbal products only. Avoid those high sugar health drinks; instead take fresh homemade fruit juice. And say totally no to chemical cosmetics; always use natural body care products. Try reputed brands and check the ingredients and the Green dot on the bottle/pouch to ensure they don’t use any chemical substance.
