Kids are very obedient to their parents, until they asked to complete their home-tasks given by their tutors. Well, it is a psychological effect that none of us like tasks that we are bound to do - just like a duty. And the basic reason is we don't enjoy it. No matter how tedious job we have been assigned, if we love the task, it becomes a fun. While you can't stop your kids watching cartoons on TV, why don't you invest a few bucks more and add some educational channels in your package?
