Owners of Bangalore east property are upset about the recent demolition drive. People who have bought 1 BHK flats in Bangalore East, or 2 BHK flats in Bangalore East, and 3 BHK flats in Bangalore East, are upset about the uncertainty that their property faces. Migrants who were planning to buy of 1 BHK apartments in Bangalore East or 2 BHK apartments in Bangalore East and 3 BHK apartments in Bangalore East have put the buying decision on hold looking at the uncertainty in the real estate market. But the question is when the infrastructure is not able to support so many properties then why have properties for sale in Bangalore east come up.


Several people had earlier reported that the city will not be able to support so many people. But almost all the civic authorities and state governments ignored the report and over the years several 1 BHK flats in Bangalore East, or 2 BHK flats in Bangalore East, and 3 BHK flats in Bangalore East came up. Builders rampantly started building and selling 1 BHK apartments in Bangalore East or 2 BHK apartments in Bangalore East and 3 BHK apartments in Bangalore.


Corruption became rampant as the demand of Bangalore east property surged after IT companies came in the city. The demand of properties for sale in Bangalore east increased however the infrastructure was not developed according to the exploding population. As the city became the IT capital the population doubled drastically and more accommodation spaces were needed. Several builders constructed properties for sale in Bangalore east on storm drains by giving bribes to civic authorities and other departments.


The corruption is so deep rooted in the citys real estate sector that it is impossible to contain it. Many people feel that demolitions of properties for sale in Bangalore east are just a clever deception which is being used by the state government as well as the real estate builders to reclaim all the land within the silicon valley of India. Sooner or later the civic authorities will receive money and new Bangalore east property will come up on the demolished structures. Most of the common people are feeling that the demolition drive is a clever way of transferring money and land from the hapless end-users to the powerful and corrupt builder-politician nexus. Only time will tell if the state government is really serious about maintaining its infrastructure or the demolition drive is just a mind diverting trick.
