Gluten is usually referred to some group of proteins that are present in our everyday food items such as in wheat, barley, unprocessed oats, spelt, rye, semolina and any other form of flour. You can check the gluten presence in food by adding a little water to the flour, which forms a sticky slimy mass. There are usually two main types of gluten proteins – glutenin and gliadin. Out of these, gliadin is the main culprit which offers harmful effects leading to obesity and many types of brain disorders. Although there is still debate going on about avoiding gluten from the food, it’s always advised to have gluten free food as healthy snacks intermittently in order to have a balanced bowel activity and keep the energy flow running.

Many of us are aware that after having a sumptuous meal during the lunch makes a person lazy during the post-lunch period. This is one of the primary reasons, why many people avoid taking lunch during the day time. Some even go far to avoid breakfast and take a bite of anything available without actually checking if that is gluten free diet or not, in small to keep the hunger in control. As per health experts, such types of food habits are the major reasons of all types of heart and other physical ailments that affects on a long-run.

As per nutritionists, a healthy food habit is not to skip the breakfast invariably. Also dieticians suggest having small meals in frequent intervals rather than 2-3 major meals. While there are a lot of natural gluten free foods available in the market, every person must ensure to have gluten free foods to eat while avoiding junk foods. Here are a few tips:

1. Take a nice and healthy breakfast avoiding bread. Eggs, fish, lentils, beans, vegetables and fruits are considered gluten free and are healthy for humans
2. Keep check on food intake and avoid high sugar foods even if they are marked gluten free diet
3. Keep taking small amount of gluten free food such as a piece of fish or meat or eggs, vegetables, lentils, fruits
4. Drink enough water (5 to 6 liters per day) in frequent intervals
5. Take help from experts about natural gluten free foods to eat and follow your food habit with consciousness.
