Consumption of these products are very safe because there is no chance for bacteria or yeast to survive in such freezed dried food. Just adding water can rehydrate these foods and come to their original texture.

These models are heated in conduction mode and the trays are placed directly in the shelves which are providing a high heat-exchange rate.
