Halloween In My Office

Last Halloween I was in our office due to some important work and the branch office was actually located in Mumbai, India. I was stuck in my work so decided to bring all the fun elements of Halloween to my workplace and my co-workers were so excited about Halloween celebration in office.
So we decided to plan a party in office conference room, it was not a costume party but costumes are welcome by the way. I designed a Halloween e-invite and send it to everyone .we asked everyone to contribute a dish to get a big assortment of the spooky treat.
To have a successful office Halloween party, the best way to get the people excited about an office party is to set the mood so I decided to throw up as many fake spider webs, wherever possible. To make it scarier combination with dimmed lights really set the tone for a Halloween celebration. On top of it if you play haunted house sounds; there’s nothing like the sound of rattling chains and moaning ghosts to rouse coworkers in the Halloween spirit. ... your scary costumes to your co-workers by visiting their cubes and begging for treats. We tried to implement a cubicle decorating contest, which would give “trick-or-treaters” an awesome incentive to check out everyone else’s area.
The most important part of this celebration was the costume. Everyone’s costume was creative, and fun element was there. We personally encourage people to get into the spirit of dressing up and announced a costume contest complete with prizes for the winners. Although the prizes were things like a half day off, free lunch, etc. One important note to keep in mind though when selecting a costume for an office party that it is still your place of employment and your staff is probably watching. Every office environment is different and some groups are more casual than others. Regardless, it’s probably a good thing to keep the word “professional” in mind.
So if the office you are working in, does give you a holiday then what better fun? Organize a Halloween party from the office where you can take your family along with you. Jam up at the office that has a party hall within it. Just inform the management that you want that venue decorated with relevant art all over the place. The kids could enjoy in and around the pool area whilst the elders can hang around at the play area. Be sure all the strategic locations are decorated wisely. Have all those games and adventure activities at the resort. Play hide and seek. You could also play ‘blindfold’ in a secure area. Play spooky songs in the background and enjoy your day.
