A nutrient rich diet is important because, the levels of amino acids, iron, vitamins, and calcium should be maintained. For the process of energy release and a good metabolism presence of all such things is important in the body.
Many times, in spite of practicing all the necessary things, it gets very difficult for one to experience any change in the body. They keep presuming that all the efforts are going in vain, whereas the reason is that something is being missed out, and that is an adequate amount of sleep. The maximum hormones for growth in height are released at the time of sleep, and for the process to get completed it is important that the body is in a relaxing position for an appropriate period of time.
