The Roaster Machine can be used for drying, roasting various types of spices ingredients, instant premixes & many types of food products for removing moisture and increasing shell life of the Product.

The Roaster machine can be used for preparation of Indian Snacks foods such as UPMA, DHOKLA, GOTA, & GULABJAMUN Premixes, for preparation of onion based gravy , rice flakes for Chivda, & oil seasoning with components such as Mustered, Ground nuts, Chili , Kadipatta etc.

In some products the moisture evaporation is more and drip age of condensed water in roasted product is not acceptable. We had specially developed the system for moisture evacuation along with condensed water trapping and removal system which can be implemented ...

The Roaster machine can also be used for other industries like Starch, & Chemical for removal of moisture from the products.

The roaster machine can also be used as Blender for mixing / blending any type of powders, granules & paste type products keeping the heating system off.
Till now we had more than 300 installations all over India, for various reputed organizations in Food industry especially for Spices, Instant premix, Starch & Chemical industry, including Export to Asian countries.

We had standardizes our machines in and are available in capacities ranging from 50 Ltrs. to 5000 Ltrs. The higher size machines can also be fabricated as per customer requirements.

Our Products:
Ribbon Blender
The Ribbon Blender machine is U shaped sturdy container body, having top cover, bottom discharge valve, and longitudinal central shaft on which Spiral ribbons are mounted. Our specially designed spiral ribbons gives the best blending results due to Three dimensional action. i.e. The outer ribbons, pushes the material towards centre and inner ribbons pushes the material towards ends, and at the same time both the ribbons gives circulatory motion to the material. Thus every particle comes equally in contact with the other material.
The Ribbon Blender machines are available with options as per customer requirements, having Full Stainless Steel construction, OR with contact parts in Stainless Steel and Non contact parts in Mild Steel with Enamel / Epoxy paint. Thus every particle comes equally in contact with the other material.

• Add small amount of Powders – Colours, Concentrates etc.
• Add small amount of Liquids – Essences etc. with Spraying System.
• Break lumps & agglomerates formed during Mixing, while adding Liquids by Lump cutter system.
• Add heating / cooling system to roast / cool the products.
