But both of them come in the category of dark chocolates. The term bittersweet means when the sweetened liquor is added with cocoa butter.
3. White chocolates
You can’t say that they are a kind of chocolates as there is some confusion. The truth is that there is less amount of liquor present in such kind of chocolates. This chocolate contains 20% cocoa butter, 14% milk and sugar in different amounts.
4. Ground chocolate
This is also known as powdered chocolate. But you shouldn’t confuse this with dark cocoa powder or dark chocolate as this is something different. Ground chocolate is used specifically for making chocolate drinks and should never be used in place of unsweetened cocoa powder.
5. Single bean chocolate
There are so many other names given to this chocolate. This chocolate is made from single type of bean which belongs to a specific country. But this is not necessary as there are many local bakers who make this kind of chocolate using the beans found in their parent country.
