The very first gift that almost every child gets is a stuffed animal, which they cherish throughout their growing years. For them, their Stuffed kAnimals remain their loyal companions during their childhood and they also consider them their partner in crime especially when they are either emotional or feeling a little naughty. Children often share a very special bond with their stuffed animals as they love sharing their secrets with their Stuffed Elephant, they cuddle them, play with them and even sleep with them when feeling low.

The kind of bond that a child shares with his stuffed elephant or for that matter any other stuffed animal toy is mostly emotional, psychological and even physical as they can anything with them. Children chew their stuffed animals, play with them, and cuddle them and even look up to them for support. For child, his stuffed animal toys are those special creatures that wait for them to come back from school and play with them. Kids love clutching their stuffed elephant toy when they are feeling gloomy or are sick.

When a kid feels difficult to make friends outside, he/she finds a best friend in a stuffed toy and love taking them along wherever they go, which can be a family trip or a regular visit to doctor. Their stuffed is a true companion for them which makes them feel confident and reassured.

While it is a fact that even most of the parents prefer giving stuffed animals as a preferred first gift to their kid, there are certain precautions that they need to ascertain for ensuring complete safety of their kids. While purchasing a stuffed toy for your kid makes sure they are big enough for your child to not swallow as it can be life threatening for them. Your child might be allergic to some kinds of furs of which usually the soft toys are made of. So make sure you are aware of any such allergies and do not end up buying any harmful gift for your kid.

Children often get very possessed about their materialistic possessions, which even make them cranky and stubborn. Thus, it becomes a responsibility for both the parents to not allow their kid get over attached to his/her stuffed toys, which means your kid should be completely normal in case his/her favorite is destroyed by someone else or get misplaced. An overly attached kid takes such things too seriously and sometimes such incidents take a toll over their physical and psychological health.
