You can also rub the neck area or massage it gently to keep up the blood flow in a proper way. In extreme cases, you can use pain relief balms, creams, gels and oils too.

In case of chronic neck pain or arthritic ache, you can wear cervical collars too. It helps to keep your neck in right posture and it won’t move unwantedly. Thus, this collar can prevent your neck from being getting injured. This is a major home remedy of neck pain in Melbourne.
