Lack of self confidence may not be a deliberate creation but there are other negative factors in a person's inner life that create it. Self confidence can make or break a deal, result in success or failure depending on whether it is high or low. High self is a positive and resourceful state of mind whereas less or low confidence are the negative states responsible for a lot of mess in our lives. One of the reasons for this low self is attacking the self esteem of people around, breaking their and as mentioned above is build by using it, if used positively it results in high self, but if used negatively it reflects back to us as low-self confidence.

You can break this cycle of low self-confidence with NLP techniques. Confidence can be strengthened as well as developed by a step by step approach of NLP. With understanding and practice you can master yourself to become confident and constantly boost it. As you do that you accept your own unique programming and become more self assured.

Make mental lists of all the things you are confident at, the little things, and the big things. Carry the list with you and remind yourself of these things every time you feel low on confidence. Your newly gained confidence will take you a long way in building high self esteem and will gradually also make you confident at everything you once believed you can't do.
