The absorption of a pass-out in an industry limits the job growth to the single person involved. But, setting up a service centre or a start-up opens the doors of employment for many. It happens, because the entry level pay-pack is not a beauty, the cost of education is low, so there is no pressure to repay the education cost and lastly it imparts the confidence.
