ETFE/XLPE insulated, High Temp. PVC Jacketed UTH elements are preformed and fixed to fiber glass mat for ease of installation. Available from 150 to 1500 Watts. in size from 1 sq.m to 10 sq.m, rated at 150 W/sq.m. Ideal for quick laying and 'DIY' application.They have single cold tail for case of installation and zero EMI.

Dual cores with XLPE primary insulation are suitable for high electrical reliability and long life, with single cold tail for ease of connection.POLY AL. foil shielding with drain wire provides Zero Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) and mechanical ruggedness with total safety against electrical shock.The heating element rated at 30W/m,available in standard wattage from 300W to 3600W.

High temp. high reliability PTFE Insulated Hook-up / Equipment Wires as per U.S.A MIL-W-16878 or British BS-2G-210, are used for internal wiring of high performance electronic / electrical / avionic equipment. These are smaller in size, light weight, fire proof and offer good mechanical strength with much higher reliability. Conductors offered are Bare Copper(BC) or Silver Plated Copper (SPC) as per ASTM B-298. Other melt extrudable Fluropolymer insulations offered are ETFE & PFA.

The heating wire is glued between aluminum foils. The foil acts as a heat conductor. Foil heaters have a range of uses due to their flexibility, resistance to moisture, durability and economical price.
