As the land pooling as got an approval nod many builders in real estate Noida are concerned about the fall in demand. Many people invest in Noida flats as they are offered at attractive prices. The prices in Delhi and Gurgaon have peaked and Faridabad does not house many offices as a result many people who were looking for good affordable options look to invest in flats in Noida like flats in Noida Sector 50. The city has offered people of NCR a place to invest in without burning a hole in the pocket. Real estate Noida has always offered relief to buyers who wanted to buy a property at lower entry levels.

But now as the land pooling in Delhi has been approved there many be a case where flats in Delhi many be available at reasonable prices too and therefore people might look to invest in real estate in Delhi over real estate Noida. The demand may also fall due to excess of supply. Already there is a huge pile of unsold inventory of Noida flats and if buyers get access to flats in Delhi at cheaper prices the demand of real estate Noida will fall dramatically. So unless the absorption levels of flats in Noida like property in Noida Sector 50 increases dramatically the city might see a fall in demand in the coming few months due to the Delhi land pooling approval.
