The lessee lease a car either for entertainment purpose or for a serious purpose such as for his business related activities. It saves a lot of money on the part of the lessee in both the cases. The lessor also enjoys multiple returns on the same vehicle that he has invested in only once. But yes, he has to take care of the vehicle as the lessee does not take care of it in a serious manner. There can be strict terms and conditions in the contract as per the company rules and it actually depend upon it as to what all a lessee is expected to do while he is bound by the contract.
