Bollywood Biggies Eye Real Estate Mumbai

Real estate in Mumbai has always managed to attract the attention of Bollywood biggies. Recently actor Abhishek Bachchan has booked a luxury apartment in the posh Worli locality project. The Mumbai real estate deal has cost him Rs 41.14 crore. The spacious flat in real estate in Mumbai is located in Skylark Towers at the prime Annie Besant Road area in Worli. But this is not the first time that a Bollywood celeb has invested in real estate Mumbai several other actors in the industry have done the same in the last few years.

Superstar Hrithik Roshan alongwith his father Rakesh Roshan, have invested about Rs 70 crore in Mumbai real estate in order to develop a land located off Andheri Link Road. Alongwith a local realty developer the Roshans are looking to develop the 3,000 sq meter plot in real estate in Mumbai near Infiniti mall into a 26-storey luxury residential tower. Actor Aamir Khan was also looking to re-develop a property in Pali Hill but he with later withdrew the suggestion after he faced resistance from the local residents.

Popular actor Shahid Kapoor has also purchased a property in real estate Mumbai. He has purchased a sprawling apartment for Rs 30 crore. His apartment is located in Pranita building on the posh Juhu Tara Road. Actress Vidya Balan too has bought an apartment in same building, for a similar amount.

Serial Kisser Emran Hashmi too has bought a property in real estate Mumbai for Rs 15 crore. He has bought a flat on Pali Hill. Bollywood Couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena have purchased a penthouse in Satguru Sharan building which is located in Khar (West) for for Rs 23.50 crore. John Abraham also owns two buildings popular locations in Bandra and Khar. The actor has bought a land at Union Park for an whopping amount Rs 22 crore.

It is believed that several Bollywood actors have also put in money in slum rehabilitation projects in posh western suburbs. Investing in real estate in Mumbai has now become a matter of pride for Bollywood Biggies and they look to invest in the poshest localities and spacious properties. Celebrities may choose to invest in penthouses, builder floors, independent houses, bungalows, flats, row houses or in commercial properties, depending on their personal choice. However, according to realty experts the most preferred locations of the Bollywood stars are western suburbs located between Bandra and Andheri.
