Therefore, executive background check should be customised that comprise checks which will be able to dig out plethora of information about the leader.

Taking all these into consideration, it can be concluded that it is necessary to identify
the risks and requirement unique to a particular industry while screening out prospective employees. Organisations should make it a practice to approach credible background verification companies who have required expertise and can provide tailored package as per the requirement of the industry and the role. This will certainly ensure an efficient and effective verification process which will empower the organisation in making an informed hiring decision.
