Choosing the best yoga mat is a great investment for your health and future, especially when the right type and size is chosen which suits you best.
The right type will provide you comfort and security when things can get slippery with sweat, or when you need more or less stability or padding.

Question 1 - How much space do you have to practise in?

If you are working on a very hard floor, thick is better, and if it's a soft floor of course can do fine with a thin mat. Or a medium size, which suits most conditions, can also work fine.
Question 7 - Are you environmentally minded?
