Although more than 60 currency pairs are traded in the forex market but the most commonly traded currencies are USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, CHF and NZD.

The ultimate aim of the traders is to make a profit based on fluctuations in the prices of the currencies bought and sold by him/her. Currency trading is usually done online. Proper risk management is essential in the business of currency trading. New traders should get into the currency trading after practicing on a demo account. They should invest reasonable amount of money to enroll in some online training courses.

If you want to become a professional trader then there are many online and offline training programs that can help you in gaining a lot of trading skills. Foreign exchange market is different from stock or future market in many ways. Currency trading is not regulated by any centralize exchange and it does not have any restriction of place. Buying and selling of currencies take place by an online mode. Forex trading market is very unpredictable therefore it is essential to keep updated with what is happening around the globe through different networks. Because of its huge trading volume and coverage, foreign exchange market is one of most dominant financial market in the whole world. You can become a successful trader by knowing the clear business concept of currency trading and practicing a lot on demo account with fake money.
