Two cars that have come into focus recently are the 2014 Nissan Juke and the 2014 Jeep Compass. While both cars are fantastic additions to the modern world of automobiles, both stand in stark contrast to one another, and offer substantial differences to the discerning consumer.

One of the most important aspects of both vehicles is their fuel mileage. The 2014 Nissan Juke, while a fantastic new addition for the Nissan family, it's a relatively small sports utility vehicle that offers 27 miles per gallon in the city and 32 miles per gallon on the highway. The 2014 Jeep Compass however, offers a relatively improved gas mileage for its size. The 2014 Jeep Compass currently offers 21 miles per gallon in the city, and an even better 30 miles per gallon on the highway, a substantial improvement for its roomy size.

The 2014 Jeep Compass also offers a substantially refined six-speed automatic transmission that offers it's user a smooth, dependable, and unique on and off road experience. This 158 horsepower engine offers a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, also known as a "World Engine." In addition to this stunning engine ...
... upgrade, the "Limited Edition" models offer an additional 172 horsepower engine, 2.4 liter engine and a five-speed, manual gear box, while the all new six-speed automatic engine is also offered.

The 2014 Nissan Juke, on the other hand, offers a 188 horsepower 1.6 L four-cylinder CVT transmission. This engine, while offering a turbocharged upgrade, still offers much less power and towing and off road capability than the 2014 Jeep Compass. While once offering CVT, the all-new 2014 Jeep Compass has left-behind the burden of this cross-over transmission, in order to off their drivers a smoother, more powerful experience.

The 2014 Jeep Compass also offers a level of affordability and comfort that is seemingly missed by the 2014 Nissan Juke. The 2014 Nissan Juke has a starting MSRP of $18,990, while offering smaller interior space that has less room for family or travel. The 2014 Jeep Compass offers a spacious driving experience, and has a starting MSRP of $18,795.

The interior design of the 2014 Jeep Compass is also something never seen before in the Jeep family. The 2014 Jeep Compass offers a spacious seating plan, and fine attention to detail with items such as optional Saddle Brown perforated leather upholstery with accent stitching, silver textured grilles, new projector halogen lamp with black and chrome bezels, and even tail lamps with an all-new "smoked" inner bezel.

While the 2014 Nissan Juke offers a head-turning and newly styled design, there is little comparison in driving experience between the Juke and that of the 2014 Jeep Compass. The sleek, slim-lined design of the 2014 Jeep Compass is a classic, yet compact look, while offering a spacious interior experience. The 2014 Nissan Juke, on the other hand, offers a much more reduced spatial experience, limiting the room for cargo and space.

When it comes down to price, fuel efficiency, space, engine and design, there is little comparison between the 2014 Jeep Compass and the 2014 Nissan Juke. Hands-down, the 2014 Jeep compass offers a level of comfort, design, price and reliability that is sure to please and excite even the most discretionary car enthusiast.
