Step 1) Pour the following ingredients into a 13 x 9 glass Pyrex dish:

Rice
Soup
Black beans
1/2 bag of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Broccoli florets (thawed - by using microwave)
* Completely mix and stir ingredients with each other, level mixture

Step 2) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 3) Cut 1/2 x 3 inch ribbons of Velveeta cheese. Equally layer across top of mixture.

Step 4) Trickle 1/4 cup of water across the top of mixture and place in oven for 15 minutes

Step 5) Take out from oven and evenly stir / mix in melted Velveeta cheese. Place back in oven for 40 minutes.

Step 6) Remove from the oven and let cool for roughly 10 to 15 minute
