In fact I have seen many times the juniors giving the best point of view because they are so eager to grow and attain higher position, due to which they are more likely to come pre-understanding the subject of matter. The second thing is don’t give pressure to the developers to an extent that they work with such a pace that the code pervades loopholes and bugs, which will come to bite you in the future. For this try and understand the complication of the problem and at least make him that unbound that he can express the reason for not completing the thing on time, if any
“App” from the commencement to the completion:
Yes, after all the end product here is the app. So before actually starting the development, do as much research as you can. Let all your team members are aware about what they are going to develop. Wherever needed take the baby steps. Keep on testing the things before integrating. Let the developers have profound knowledge of the portion of the app they are going to develop. While developing they should be aware about some important points like certain confidentiality policies of Facebook and some other norms provided by it, breaching even a single rule can make your app in critical situation.
On the whole treat the developers as an important member of your Facebook app development company and then see the level of performance they give!
