So, people are looking for natural seeds which contain nutrients required in the body. Nutrients found in the seeds are calcium, iron, phosphorous, copper, selenium, molybdenum, fiber, vitamins, and phytosterol. Indian natural sesame seeds contain these nutrients which help in preventing cancers, arthritis, sclerosis, diabetes, and Alzheimer disease.
