Restart your modem by unplugging the power cord from the back of the modem for 10 seconds, then reinserting it. Wait for the "Power" light to be solid, if your "DSL" light is still blinking, go on to the next step.
Check to make sure the phone cable connected to the modem is securely attached to the wall and modem
Make sure the phone line to the modem is not filtered
Try a different phone cable from the wall to the modem

The "Internet" light on the modem is red: The Internet light should be solid green. This is the indication that your DSL modem is detecting the DSL signal and is on-line. However, in case the Internet light is not active or it's RED for more than 30 seconds check the following:

If the DSL modem's Internet light is not a steady green and does not change after 45 seconds you should restart your DSL modem. To reboot your DSL modem simply un-plug the power cord on the back of the modem, wait 2 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Incorrect username or password has been entered into the configuration.
The customer's account is de-activated.
PPP auto-connect has not been enabled.
