However, the method of air ionization is used in order to neutralize the static charge on isolated and insulated objects by giving a balanced source of positive and negative ionized molecules of the gases in the surrounding air. If there is any static charge present in the work area, it will be neutralized because of the opposite polarity charges. Ionizers are used mostly in cases where in grounding is out of question or not possible.
Static Control Equipment Is Easy To Install and Maintain
Ideally the static control equipment that facilities opt for takes up less space on the work surface, emits equal sources of positive and negative ions, self balancing, and is mandatory. Some of the ionizers come with standard air fittings which have easily viewable filters. Most of the equipment is set up with low installation cost and the repair and maintenance is low which ultimately results in saving time and money. In order for manufacturers to be able to work continuously without any interruptions and giving the workers a comfortable working environment installation of this type of equipment is a must.
