How I Lost Weight And Kept It Off

In late 2012 I started to add bodyweight. This was not just adding some fat from time to time, I am talking about surplus fat just kept piling up.

As opposed to other instances, nothing I went to the trouble of doing looked as if it would work.

It was once that I might modify my diet regime a tiny bit, visit a health club, perhaps start on a bit cardio training and I'd come back to normal. Definitely not this point in time.

Now it was actually different. I ate clean, but still weight kept adding up. I joined a health club 6 days every week rather than 3, but weight kept piling up. Each day it got worse and worse and worse.

At this stage I did start to take a crack at pretty much everything and anything I had not checked out before. Weight reduction drinks, peculiar fitness equipment or exercise systems (you've seen them I'm certain).

Until at some point I spotted the thing that was wrong and my whole world changed from top to bottom.

I figured out something concerning nourishment that no person ever talks about. It certainly isn't anything new, but considering that not a soul ever explains ...
... it, almost everyone look at it as "weird".

See, my epiphany showed up at some point as I had been making saueurkraut. Sauerkraut is actually fermented cabbage. You literally just shredd up cabbage and then leave it soaking in salt water.

After that I got to pondering, what ferments the actual cabbage?

The answer, lactobacillus, a bacteria.

Isn't bacteria undesirable, how is that beneficial to our bodies?

Seems, you will find negative and positive bacteria. Lactobacillus happens to be good bacteria and that's why it's viewed as a probiotic. (pro = for, biotic is equal to life)

That's really when I understood that if I had to eat fresh and raw cabbage, it will ferment inside my body. Our bodies is really salt water! Lactobacillus would undoubtedly munch it, provided I had an adequate population of lactobacillus.

If I did not have a decent population of lactobacillus, then something different would undoubtedly gorge it.

It was my discovery.

The main reason I kept excess body weight ended up being lack of nutrient absorption because I'd lost my population of excellent bacteria as well as had undesirable stuff eating up the food inside me.

All I did was to put emphasis on maximizing the population of good bacteria inside me and my weight commenced to return to normal.

I went to the trouble of doing anything from cleansing the human body, eating extra "live foods" (foods with enzymes and probiotics) and above all re-hydrating the body.

Any of these are major subject areas on their own, especially re-hydrating our bodies, but that was it.

The minute I actually had more probiotics inside me, then the whole eat less and exercise more applied to me. Prior to that, nothing did the trick.

This was not at all something I found through research papers, I found this on accident. Seeing as I'm in no way scientist I became my very own experiment and started sharing with friends.
