There are so many types of chocolates available in the market. Chocolate wafers are the most famous among all other chocolate products. Chocolate wafer is usually shaped as cookies so it is also called chocolate wafer cookies. These chocolate wafer cookies are generally made in thin and crispy shape. Chocolate cookie is also a part of thin wafer cookies, and it is commonly called chocolate wafer cookies when chocolate made by crumb crust and icebox cakes. These famous cookies have bittersweet cocoa flavor and the color of these cookies are very dark or black color. These cookies are being manufactured in the market since 1930, but they all are unusual cookies because these cookies are rarely used by buyers.
As a result, these chocolate wafer cookies are very hard to find in the market, one cannot find them easily. The only drawback to manufacture these cookies is that they all are very expensive for a small piece. Therefore, most stores don’t have these types of cookies in the market. When it comes to another type of chocolates, that is chocolate crumb crust, then one can easily find it better than others and it is also different from other cookies. The recipe used for these cookies are less expensive so one can easily buy these tasty chocolate cookies in his budget. Chocolate graham crackers and Oreo are the main ingredients to make chocolate crumb crusts and they both are less expensive. Many bakers have tried to sell whole grain cookies but the only disappointment by the dry cookie is unsatisfying results. Mostly all the bakers prefer to sale dark chocolate-chocolate chips first, and then they prefer to sell dry chocolate chips.
Dark chocolate chips are mostly made up by whole grain cookie recipes but the problem is that they all are substitutes of whole wheat flour and they all are dry in flavor. Mostly good bakers use whole wheat as the basic flour, and then they also mix soft Oat flour with it. As a result, combining these two flours gives perfect flavor and perfect texture. Secondly, they use honey instead of all other sugar products. Baking cookies with honey can keep cookies moist for a long time than normally baked with refined sugar. Honey actually captures atmospheric water to these baked cookies. There is also another good method by using walnut oil instead of normal butter. One will surely love the flavor because walnut oil has better flavor than normal butter and it is also unsaturated, that means it could be in liquid form at any room temperature.
