It is a combination of Italian and French chocolate techniques and they use high proportion of cocoa while making the chocolates. the beans that they use in the chocolates is brought all the way from south America and Africa etc. they prefer to produce the quality chocolates due to which their relationship with the consumers also become more strong. They have been successful in expanding their chocolate business more and produce truffle, bars, nibs and other confectionary.
