Roast Cumin seeds and Coriander seeds, when completely roasted let them cool down and grind them to form a powder. Add this powder with other ingredients and mix well to form an even mixture. You can use this powder with one liter of plain water to make smacking Pani Puri.

Pani Puri Masala made at home has long shelf life so you can keep it ready in the kitchen to make delicious Pani Puri on demand anytime. Avoid using wet spoons or touching the powder with wet hands as water can spoil the powder and make it useless. Store the powder in an airtight container to protect it from moisture.
