This dish is very good for people who are active and need good amount of energy in the body during the day.
Chicken Masala Powder is collection of all the spices which are necessary for making smacking Chicken Curry, if you do not have access to fresh and pure spices in raw form use Majithia Chicken Masala powder. Take a flat Frying pan and heat it, now one by one roast all the ingredients separately, do not roast Turmeric powder and Ginger powder. Roast spices on a low or medium flame, so that they get roasted from outside as well as inside. Once all the spices are roasted let them cool down, add ginger and turmeric powder and grind them to form a powder. Store this in an airtight container for future use.
